Team CRN Cloud
A data-sharing and analysis platform available to the entire research community
The CRN Cloud is a central platform for storing, analyzing, and sharing CRN ‘omics data with researchers around the world. It was developed as a recommendation from the CRN Single Cell Multi(omics) Working Group and was built to streamline collaboration and support reproducible science. The goal of the platform is to accelerate the pace of discovery for Parkinson’s Disease research by giving researchers access to harmonized datasets all in one spot, making it easier to dive into meta-analyses and uncover new insights.
Team CRN Cloud enables collaboration with CRN peers and provides continuous improvement and support to the ASAP CRN Cloud platform, resulting in a reliable and established environment for analyzing CRN ‘omics data through Verily Workbench.
