Nick Wood is clinician scientist and professor of Neurology and Genetics at UCL London. He has worked in complex trait and single gene analyses since his graduate work in the genetics of multiple sclerosis at the University of Cambridge. He undertook post-doctoral work with Anita Harding at UCL Institute of Neurology. He has led the neurogenic service at the National Hospital Queen Square London since 1995. He was appointed to the Galton Chair of genetics at UCL in 2009.
