High-affinity specific antibodies targeting key cellular pathways are an essential technical tool to understand Parkinson’s disease (PD) pathophysiology. Albeit commercial antibodies exist, their specificity and reliability have not been thoroughly optimized for PD research. Furthermore, there is a demand for labeled antibodies that help visualize and quantify PD-linked markers, accelerating disease progression research and drug development. We aim to develop a versatile, multiplex-ready toolkit of knockout-validated, quality-controlled labeled antibodies, specifically optimized for applications such as flow cytometry and cyclic immunohistochemistry, allowing researchers to interrogate these targets in a cell-type and subcellular compartment–specific manner.
