Evelyn Ordones Sanchez

Evie is a Project Manager with Justin McDonough’s team. She has expertise in preclinical research, scientific communication, and translational support for in vivo and cell-based disease models. She earned her Ph.D. in Biopsychology from Temple University, where she investigated the effects of early life stress using rodent models. At JAX, she has contributed to both product development and commercial scientific support initiatives, including the creation of educational resources supporting the expanding iPSC portfolio. In addition to her scientific and operational work, she serves as IACUC Chair across multiple JAX sites, supporting institutional oversight of animal research and regulatory compliance.
