Travis is an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Health Data Science at the Indiana University School of Medicine. His main research focus is in multiomic data analysis and integration. Specifically, his lab develops and applies computational tools for multiomic data, single cell data, and spatial omics data analysis. Recently, he has become heavily involved in analysis of single cell and omics data from neurodegenerative diseases.
