Toan obtained my BSc in Biochemistry at the University of Montana, US, in 2014. In 2016, Toan completed my Master’s at the University of Queensland, Australia. At the same institution in 2021, Toan completed my PhD, developing pipelines for glycoproteoinformatics. In the same year, with interests in furthering proteoinformatics, Toan joined Dr Dario R. Alessi’s lab at the University of Dundee as a postdoctoral researcher. In Team Pfeffer, Toan involves in data management of the project, building of proteomics metadata standard, tools for visualisation and sharing proteomics analysis, as well as data analysis automation.
